This usually keeps people calm, anxiety stays low and issues are less likely to occur.
But why is that? What is the reasoning behind needing a routine and sticking to it? Many people get burned out when working with loved ones with dementia.
It can be extraordinarily taxing, both mentally and physically going through the same routine every day without knowing why it is so important.
