Today we are talking about managing expectations with low hour cases.

What often occurs with customers who are thinking of using home care services, they wish to start with shorter hours and increase if needed, which makes sense.

The difficulty that arises is these customers are expecting the same experience that they would get with a high hour case.  Those expectations of what is going to happen change because there are different situations that occur with low hour cases that higher hour cases don’t have, and visa verse.
